About Our Ethics Program

The Unisys Corporate Ethics Program, which has been in place since 1987, is designed to promote associate awareness of our commitment to conduct business in compliance with the highest ethical standards, adhering to our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and pertinent laws and regulations.

All Unisys associates worldwide are required to participate in the annual ethics awareness training program so that they understand the importance Unisys places on doing business ethically and the resources that are available to them. In addition, the Unisys Compliance Office maintains a​ ​Unisys Compliance Helpline for associates to obtain guidance on potential ethics issues or to report any ethics violations. The Compliance Office maintains strict confidentiality in handling associate contacts.
