Tomorrow: Tuesday, April 28, 2020 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM BST

Going digital simply because everyone else is, can lead to numerous issues. When embarking on your transformation journey, it's important to start with the customer in mind and really test how digital methods can improve your services.

Other key considerations include customer understanding and insight, internal culture change, product development and use of assets.

Andrew will discuss his personal approach to transformation and his experience at Aylesbury Vale District Council.
