Following the recent WiredGov survey on “The Impact of Coronavirus on the Workforce”, Invotra have examined the feelings and attitudes of Communications, HR, IT/Tech and Strategy professionals across over 100 different organisations.

This latest report shows the learnings, including the different strategies being taken, to manage the challenges of organising and supporting staff to work effectively throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

It appears there are some major concerns amongst survey respondents, including but not limited to:

  • 50% of workers feel that office closures will be permanent
  • 45% feel the wellbeing of their workforce has worsened
  • 64% believe their organisation is evaluating the number of people employed
