FINAL CALL! In March last year, following what felt to many public sector organisations like an extended period of austerity, WiredGov and recruitment tech provider, Oleeo conducted a survey.

Its purpose? To better understand the sector’s biggest recruitment challenges and how budget constraints were impacting resourcing efforts.

We’re running the survey again, with a couple of new questions about the sector’s use of AI, to see how things have changed in the last 12 months.

Are budget constraints still the biggest challenge? Are staffing issues still leading organisational to failure? And are more organisations now utilising AI?
