The Red Snapper Group (RSG) is a market leading staffing services provider, media and events business and education services provider to the law enforcement, cyber security, offender supervision and regulatory services work communities. We have a proven track record for supplying individual recruitment outcomes on a job by job basis, for delivering large scale recruitment process outsource outcomes appointing hundreds of staff in short deadlines to leading on the provision of executive search services in our core markets. RSG owns a registered BTEC centre. We offer a portfolio of qualifications to help up skill, qualify and meet the CPD aspirations of our client base and provide bespoke education and training services to larger employers wishing to in-house on going CPD development.

Our training business also works as a critical resource for our staffing services business by providing training to our deployed agency workers. Our media and events businesses dominate the law enforcement, offender supervision and cyber security media market spaces. They offer advertisers and the RSG group unrivalled access to the talent and decision making communities in our core markets.

The RSG staffing services business is a knowledge and expertise leader. We lead in terms of the understanding and knowledge we have in the Law Enforcement, Cyber Security, Offender Management and Regulatory Services talent markets. We lead in terms of the expertise and range of services we can put to work to deliver competitive and innovative services for our clients. Our staffing services business is more than twice the size of our nearest competitor and a standout choice for the markets we serve. We are a prime supplier to every UK law enforcement agency, the majority of the offender management market and all major UK regulators. Our cyber security business is recognised for its progressive approach to all it does. We are a first choice supplier to cyber vendors, consultancies and end users.

Red Snapper Group delivers managed services to authorities working within the criminal investigation, enforcement, criminal justice, offender management and private sectors. We are UK market leaders in terms of the expertise, resource and range of services we can provide to deliver competitive and innovative business process services for our clients. Our professional services are delivered through a statement of works (SOWs). SOWs are the agreed deliverables which are required for completion within the set objectives. The SOW sets out the functions to perform and complete within the project with specific dates and milestones to achieve.

Training 

Flexible and innovative learning and development solutions.

Red Snapper Learning provides training, qualifications and learning services to officers from agencies and organisations working in the areas of civil and criminal investigation, enforcement and offender management. We have been engaged by over 1000 organisational clients from a range of public, private and third sector bodies. These include, but are not limited to: police forces, local authorities, various statutory regulatory bodies and central government (Home Office, Department of Health, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence & DEFRA). We are also a fully accredited BTEC Centre (Edexcel/Pearson Centre No 02298) where we deliver a national programme of BTEC qualifications which qualify learners through the process of case building, investigative practice, community safety and restorative justice.
