Our Process

Consult

Our turnkey service begins with a consultation. We’ll visit your site and investigate how your business works, how departments interact, what your acoustics are like, which layout will work best, and whether you require private spaces. We’ll also delve into company culture, what your long-term goals are, and what your new office space should achieve. From this discovery stage, our experts create a detailed brief outlining bespoke designs and tailored solutions.

Design

Using the initial brief, we create a 2D concept design. As a concept-to-completion service, our design will consider everything from furniture, acoustics, decoration, branding, lighting, flooring, ceilings, partitioning, layout, privacy, hybrid capability and much more.

Collaboration

We then collaborate with the client and refine the concept for sign off. This touch point with the customer helps us to clarify the 2D design. Once the client is happy, we sign off the 2D concept and move onto 3D rendering.

3D Rendering

We use specialist software to generate 3D renders and walkthroughs. This immersive design will enable you to ‘walk through’ your new space and experience the design in greater visual detail. We’ll gather your thoughts again, tweaking the rendering into a final design.
