Destiny Recruitment Agency Ltd specialise in the provision of qualified nurses, social workers and healthcare assistants for temporary placement in various sectors within the Healthcare Industry such as Nursing and Residential Care Homes, NHS Trusts, Home Care / Domiciliary Care and institutions with mental health and learning disabilities.

We offer flexibility in our shift patterns, we also provide training to ensure that all staff registered with our organisation remain up to date, competent and well equipped to meet the demands of any ever changing environment. We cover areas such as Wolverhampton, Dudley, Bridgnorth , Shrewsbury, Staffordshire, Sandwell, Birmingham, Walsall, Tamworth and some parts of the East Midlands Region including Macclesfield, Newark and surrounding areas in Nottingham. Destiny Recruitment Agency Ltd has its own training facilities at its premises in Derwent House on Waterloo road. Training is for members and non-members and is conducted at least once a month. Our charges are quite competitive and members can benefit from special terms and fee rates.
All our training material is the COMMON INDUCTION STANDARDS in care and the training itself is conducted by trained instructors who are both trained nurses by profession.
Our training courses include the following:-
- Common Induction Standards – for new comers to the healthcare industry as well as experienced carers who do not have Home Care training. Course duration is three (3) days.
- Health and Safety – duration is one day
- Moving and Handling – duration one day
- Hospital Training – for experienced care assistants and social workers who don not have experience working in hospitals. The course is a one-day course covering theory and practice.
