Results Focused:

We know there is no point in delivering any form of OD intervention unless it provides measurable deliverables to the organisation/department. Our goal is to start with the purpose of the intervention and to try and work on committed behaviours that will deliver those results.

Real Senior Management Experience:

We only use consultants with real management experience. For us it is not enough to have a few certificates and experience in the latest training trends, we only use people who have managed from senior positions before taking up OD.

We believe that when we start with purpose, people’s behaviours align with corporate or department strategy.  Whatever the intervention we focus entirely on why you are doing it and what the end result looks like.


We do our best work when we focus on behaviours. Getting participants to consider the impact of team or individual behaviours, or coming up with behaviours that the team believe will deliver the results for success is how we work. Inductively using observation and purpose we use either neutral or real scenarios to help participants gain structured insight into the solution.

Ean Cowell MBA FCMI

Consultant Background: Incorporating my MBA, Finance, Senior Management and rig experience, I combine strategy and OD to help businesses produce actionable plans. I have over 15 years’ global experience in the upstream oilfield service industry, including 10 years in management up to Senior Country manager level. I have a further 5 years’ experience in OD dealing with a very wide and varied client offering. I am a member of the International Association of Facilitators and a Fellow of the CMI.

Kathryn Pridmore AssocCIPD

Consultant Background: CIPD qualified, I have over 20 years in L&D up to and including Group L&D Manager, working closely with C-Level managers on such things as board training, and Employee engagement.

I’m as comfortable in the training room with my trainer/coach hat on, as I am in the board room discussing consultancy solutions for Organisational L&D challenges.

I have worked in the FMCG, Building, Military, Utilities and Retail sector, on a wide range of areas from Graduate Programmes to Management Development, to name but a few.
