Meet our Irene Grindell

Irene has a wealth of experience, practising as a Mediator, Trainer and Conflict Coach for over 25 years. Winner of the National Mediation Award 2018, she combines expertise, humility and a passion for transforming the stress and pain of conflict. 

Her extensive track record in conflict resolution is a testament to her ability to handle a wide range of situations effectively, consistently delivering positive outcomes.  As a mediator, coach and trainer, Irene takes a flexible and pragmatic approach, really tuning into the needs of those involved. 

Irene has worked with organisations across the private and public sector, helping restore positive and productive relationships. Clients benefit from her experience of small and large group mediations, delivering in-house training, large group facilitation and conflict coaching.

Irene is tenacious - in a caring, supportive and client focused way. Passionately believing that conflict can be worked through, her focus is empowering others to move forward.
