Case-UK is part of The BUSY Group, working locally to make early, human support part of how communities and workplaces care for their people. Within The BUSY Group’s joined-up approach to health, education and employment, Case-UK provides the local, preventative and relational expertise that ensures early support is embedded in the communities and workplaces we serve. Together, we combine local trust and human connection with system-level capability, delivering sustainable social impact across the UK.

What we do : We ensure people feel seen, heard and valued by making support a natural and accessible part of how we care across the communities and workplaces we serve.
This means that:
- Support reaches every individual early, before things become overwhelming
- People are listened to and treated as individuals
- No one is left to cope alone
- Support helps people build confidence and move forward
Our History
Founded in 2016, Case-UK has grown to deliver both mental and physical health services across the UK.
Despite our growth over the years, we pride ourselves on remaining a family-run company, developing our services and providing support to further reaches of the UK.
As of 2023 we have continued to deliver the Able Futures, In-Work and Out of Work Services across areas of Wales. We also deliver the Able Futures service to the lovely residents of South West England.
A majority of our staff have lived experiences of their own, many of which have (or still) suffer from health illnesses, be it physical or mental.. this means when you are supported by us, you aren't judged but, you are understood.

Mental health matters—especially in the workplace. Whether you’re navigating your own challenges, or an employer wanting to better support your team, help is available now at no cost to you. The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service (Access to Work Mental Health Support Service Privacy Notice) is a cost-free, confidential service funded by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and delivered locally by Case-UK in partnership with Able Futures. |
Get Rapid Access To Physiotherapy, Psychological & Occupational Therapy The In-Work Support Service provides quality therapeutic interventions, helping to reduce the impact of health issues in the workplace and is fully funded by the Welsh Government, because of this, the IWS offers specialist support at no cost to you or your place of work. |
PEER MENTORING FOR THE UNEMPLOYED

Peer Mentoring And Employability Support The Out of Work Service (OoWS) provides both mentoring and employability support for people who are in recovery from substance misuse and/or suffer from mental ill-health. We work with employers to offer opportunities such as training, placements, skill development and most importantly employment. |
