Logistically we cover the majority of London and the South East of England and have a large network of over 100 qualified Tradespersons.
We carry out the day to day coverage of reactive maintenance to over 32,000 domestic properties in Partnership with many Housing Associations and Facilities Management Companies.
Over the years we have grown and become one of the most experienced Emergency Reactive Maintenance Companies across the London area and are regularly carrying out the Emergency cover for the major construction companies.

• 2 Hour Target Response for Emergency Call outs.
• Custom Target Response for Maintenance Call outs.
We work to your priorities. For Example:
• 2-Hour - Priority 1. Emergency Call Out [ECO]
• 1-Day - Priority 2.
• 5-Days - Priority 3.
• 20-Days- Priority 4.
We are able to meet these target response as all our operatives have a highly advanced tracing system in their company vehicle which allows us to identify the nearest engineer to your property and instruct them by PDA to carry out the required repairs. This enables us to assure our customers that we will provide a rapid and professional service.

Engineers and Tradesman
All are engineers are employed directly by T Gilmartin Ltd, Our entire fleet of site engineers are qualified to City and Guilds standard in their specific field of works, attend college for regular upgrades .i.e. 17th edition and are continually being trained, especially in Health and Safety, i.e. Risk Assessments, COSH etc.
Once the repair has been completed all customers will receive a phone call from our quality satisfaction team to carry out a satisfaction survey.+ This enables us to ensure that you will receive a quality repair.
We measure every Works Order individually and keep statistics on Key Perfomance for all our Clients.
