Burmatex manufactures a range of heavy-contract, fibre bonded and tufted carpet, which variously complies with the most stringent of regulations in respect of durability, flame resistance and anti-static properties. Products range from the flat, low-cost 3230 Classic to 4200 Sidewalk with a fine rib or 4400 Broadway with a broad rib textured surface. All Burmatex products are ideal for use in schools, colleges, libraries, public and government buildings, computer rooms, offices and all local authority premises. The company is a BS5750, ISO9002, EN 29002 Registered firm.

Burmatex manufactures a range of floor coverings suitable for the most prestigious situations.
- Origin; heavy contract, cut-pile tiles with nylon yarn.
- Infinity 24; heavy contract, loop-pile tiles are manufactured in 100% space dyed nylon
- Tivoli 24; a low-level loop pile with Meraklon™ yarn.
In addition to these carpet tiles, Burmatex has a range of 10 fibre-bonded heavy-contract quality carpet tiles in wide, fine-rib and loop styles.

Independent tests for fastness to light are achieved across the range of Burmatex carpets in accordance with BS 1006:BO2 and BS 1006:UK-TB for fastness to shampoo. Tested to BS4790 for effect of fire with the hot metal nut test and to IBM and ICL recommended limits for static electricity.
Burmatex has a range of six barrier matting products available in sheet and tile. All are engineered to protect against the ingress of dirt and moisture, whether from the street, workplace or playing field, thereby extending the lifespan and appearance retention of interior carpets and floor coverings. Burmatex’s renown, expertise and proven technology in the field of contract carpeting has been utilised to ensure that the barrier/entrance matting products, when strategically located, are a cost-effective and attractive solution to the problem of soil ingress. Moreover, all six products conform to colourfastness tests BS1006:1997 (BO2) light and BS1006:UK-TB, shampoo, as well as BS4790 in respect of effects of fire.
