Welcome to The Oxford Quality Centre - Quality Management Consultancy

The Oxford Quality Centre is designed to help your business achieve Quality Management Certification and maintain them long term through our Quality Management Auditing. We specialise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, OHSAS 18001 and IMS Integrated Management Systems.

Who are we?

The Centre is a consortium of  experienced, qualified Quality, Environmental, Safety and Technical Management consultants throughout the UK with the central office in Oxford.  The Oxford Quality Centre is proud to be a corporate member of the Chartered Quality Institute.

What do we do?

We offer a simple and cost effective way to put a range of Quality Management Systems in place, helping you to prepare your business for Quality Management Certification and Quality Management Auditing.

Services

The Oxford Quality Centre consultants provide an extensive selection of services ranging from:

■Assistance on the installation of a standard (which would include the training and support for key staff to operation the systems internally once complete)

■Additional training/mentoring for new staff or for “topping up” knowledge – especially useful when switching staff to new systems

■Help on auditing – either as an on-going independent auditor able to review procedures from an uninvolved viewpoint or to provide cover for a short period (maternity leave for example)

■Dealing with last minute concerns prior to a certification visit, or when it suddenly becomes clear that your systems had been forgotten and are in need of a rescue.  Our consultants can run through a mock certification visit and then present their findings.  This takes place in time to make any required changes, with our consultants help if required, before the official visit takes place.  Our consultants can also attend the official certification visit in support of the organisation’s own personnel

■Alternatively, you can outsource the running of your systems to our care. This allows your staff to concentrate on their other responsibilities while we ensure that audits, documentation updates, regular record keeping, meetings and related minutes, following up of actions and audit findings are all maintained and up to date
