Hi all! Welcome to EcoGrit, where our aim is to help protect our environment by reducing the use of rock salt and urea while offering customers “peace of mind” over the winter period. We provide a safe & convenient way to reduce accidents around the home. If carried in your vehicle, the less chance that you become stranded in icy conditions, resulting in you abandoning your vehicle.
Our products are only sent directly to the consumer and are helping keep places of work, education, worship and construction open. We also supply councils, delivery drivers, taxis, logistical companies and anyone with workers out on the road. Our products are non-corrosive, safe for children, plants & animals (even if ingested), and can be used or stored year after year without any problems.

Where and what can I use it for?
You might be asking yourself where and what you can use Ecogrit Concentrate for? The best idea is to keep a container in the boot of the car. The reason for this is to have something that would be able to help you out if you ever got stuck on ice and was not able to get traction with your wheels, leaving you stranded.
If you see that the weather is going to be cold where you live, you can sprinkle it around your tyres (without damaging the tyre) when you park, so your car won’t slide if it has to be parked on a slope.
Granule
Rock salt only works down to -6 Centigrade before freezing and becoming useless. Random weather patterns across the UK are bringing temperatures much lower.
Many vehicles that use our roads rust from underneath because of the rock salt put down in the winter, making Ecogrit an excellent rock salt alternative.
