GUARDTECH CLEANROOMS are a specialist cleanroom design & build company, constructing custom ISO 14644 controlled environments, containment suites and laboratories.
Guardtech’s modular cleanrooms are a flexible and affordable way to create versatile controlled environments – completely scalable, from 20m² to 2,000m². Modular cleanrooms can be altered, expanded, upgraded and relocated, ensuring your environment continues to meet the demands of your business and your future growth.
Guardtech Cleanrooms offer a variety of materials to complete your modular cleanroom, and a tiered product range helps you to align specification with budget.
A specialist in-house cleanroom Design Team, with decades of industry experience, focus on delivering concepts that facilitate client application and process, whilst optimising the host building and incorporating process utilities.
Guardtech Cleanrooms create bespoke classified environments, fully customised to suit a range of industries and applications. Turnkey installations are project managed and delivered by Guardtech’s dedicated structural, mechanical & electrical cleanroom Installation Engineers.
All projects are commissioned, validated and deep cleaned by the Guardtech Group cleanroom Decontamination & Validation Teams and supported with detailed, quality assured technical documentation providing full compliance to GMP and ISO standards.

Guardtech Cleanrooms’ in-house modular cleanroom Design team consists of specialist 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (SolidWorks) Engineers. |
Modular cleanroom installations are performed by experienced Guardtech Cleanrooms engineers supported by approved, fully trained sub-contractors for specialist services. |

The Commissioning phase begins post-construction and concentrates on qualifying all systems and their functionality within the modular cleanroom. |
The ongoing operation and maintenance of your controlled environment is of paramount importance, therefore ensuring a Cleanroom Service Plan is in place to adequately facilitate this should form part of the strategy of implementation. |
