We design, engineer, manage and evolve networks
MLL was founded in 1991 and is a leading provider of Secure Managed Network Services to the Public Sector, Mobile Service Providers, Corporates and System Integrators. We use a combination of fixed, mobile and wireless technologies to deliver the optimum network solution for our customers. We offer around the clock support via our Network Operations Centre (NOC) and an in-house Field Engineering team. We hold all relevant accreditations and licenses to operate within our chosen markets and own our own Spectrum.

Our unique hybrid approach utilising fixed line (copper and fibre) as well as radio (licensed or light licensed) services can maximise performance and minimise total cost of ownership. MLL Telecom is an Ofcom licensed telecommunications provider with CODE powers and operates its own UK wide Spectrum, as well as being an approved Openreach Communications Provider.

MLL can provide hosted or on premise Unified Communication solutions. These solutions can be provided as a standalone offering, or as a converged solution which is fully integrated with your WAN and SIP. Converging your WAN and UC solutions can not only provide significant cost savings, but also through MLL offers a truly converged, end-to-end service experience as well.

TRANSITION
We ensure our transition team have direct and relevant experience of any project they undertake and create ‘one view’ of our transition plans with the customer delivering through an agreed governance model.
We work with our customers to identify and understand where the risk is and we mitigate it using our unique ‘Fixed and Wireless’ capability to build standby solutions to manage risk. Our systems are integrated within our supply chain to ensure we are fully informed of their delivery cycle and installation dates.

MANAGEMENT
Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) operates 24 x 7 x 365 Days a year.
Customers have direct access to our technical team – there’s no filtering system – you get to speak to someone who understands your network and can resolve your incident or problem.
We have built our expertise, systems and processes around a defined customer base meaning you’re not a number and we can get to the nub of any issue much quicker.
Due to our deep knowledge of our customer’s networks, proactive management actually means something. We look and find issues before problems arise.
Our wider Client Management Team (which will include a dedicated Pre-Sales Technical Consultant, Service Manager and Account Manager) draw on the knowledge and experience of the NOC to bring proposals to you as to how we can improve network performance, service and costs.

THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE NETWORK (HSCN)
The Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) has replaced N3 and provides a more flexible and efficient way for health organisations to access and share information. MLL Telecom has actively contributed to the supplier engagement programme and helped to shape the design principles that will meet the needs of the health community.

Every organisation must complete The HSCN Connection Agreement which sets out the things HSCN customers must do before and whilst using HSCN. Organisations can request a HSCN connection if you don’t have an existing N3 link, or are not part of the NHS.

MLL Telecom is a HSCN Stage 2 accredited telecoms supplier, the first organisation to connect a customer to the Health and Social Care Network and is appointed as a supplier on the Technology HSCN Access Services Direct Purchasing System (DPS) RM3825.
