DESIGN, INSTALL, MAINTAIN & MEASURE

- 01 Client Requirements: First, we get under the skin of our clients’ commercial, customer and technical requirements. We focus on client objectives first, technology second.
- 02 System Design: Having established a deep understanding of the requirements we translate into a full system design.
- 03 Product Sourcing: Using our expertise, experience and established partner relationships we are able to source the very best products for the budget, at competitive prices.
- 04 Build & Test: We won’t install without having taken the system through our thorough testing programme so there’s no nasty surprises when we get to site.
- 05 Content Creation: Any AV system is only as effective as the content it displays. We create content from scratch or manage content provided.
- 06 Installation: The system is fully tested, the content ready to go. Our in-house team of specialist engineers and project managers will manage the installation from beginning to end.
- 07 Maintenance & Content Management: When the installation is complete our ongoing support kicks in. We offer a range of service options to ensure the system is maintained correctly. Content is fully managed remotely using leading technology such as Scala.
- 08 Data Tracking & Reporting: For installations incorporating face detection and recognition technology we capture customer data and offer a range of reporting packages to turn customer data into customer insight.
