Products and Services

iTrent, a market leading HR management and payroll application, offers scalable functionality for both current and future business needs. iTrent is a zero footprint, web-deployed solution everything from HR and payroll to human capital and talent management. iTrent is recognised by the HMRC for the electronic exchange of information and has received the HMRC Payroll Standard Accreditation.

iTrent’s user interface is designed to be simple to use, with a clear, graphical layout, which supports an organisation’s own business processes via user-definable process chaining, workflow and security access. Organisations can also define data fields unique to them, without recourse to customisation.

iTrent supports human capital and talent and performance management using functionality such as organisation structure management, web recruitment, people development and learning. Further HR and payroll activities are addressed by iTrent’s payroll absence,  and travel and expenses functionality.

A self-service interface gives employees and managers access to real-time data, reducing requests for routine information on the HR department.

iTrent is being continually updated with new functionality; in the last 12 months this has included:

MidlandHR offers a range of managed and bureau services, from a simple payslip printing and distribution service to a fully hosted HR system integrated with a managed payroll.

For a fully manages service, MidlandHR takes responsibility for the payroll function and is effectively the client’s payroll office.

It also offers a flexible bureau service, taking responsibility for discrete parts of the payroll processing function.
