Constant & Co, established in 1973, has over 40 years experience in the bailiff and enforcement industry. We take great pride in our professionalism to deliver ethical effective enforcement on a wide range of services to our extensive range of clients.
Our clients include Managing Agents, Commercial Landlords and Tenants, Solicitors and Local Authorities but whomever our client, whether large or small, we always endeavour to offer a fully comprehensive tailored service to meet their requirements.
Who are we and what can we do for you?
Constant & Co are a professional and established enforcement Company run by an experienced, reliable and trusted team. The business was started by the late Bryan Constant in 1973. He had spent many years working in the Police force gaining the knowledge and experience that made the Company the success it is today.
We are a nationwide enforcement company and in 2008 we extended our services to include High Court Enforcement Services. This enabled a more comprehensive service to be provided to our clients. Our extensive client list includes solicitors, local authorities and commercial land agents, management companies and commercial landlords. Whether you are a small or large client we offer a personalised service when it is needed. We provide a fast reliable effective service and our company ethos is Ethical Effective Enforcement.
Our employees are our strength and they have a wide range of experience to draw upon from their backgrounds which includes former members of the Police, armed forces, prison service and public sector. All our employees are DBS checked, receive full induction and ongoing job related training. They are first aid trained and are issued with full uniform and PPE to meet the demands of the wide range of assignments they undertake.
Constant & Co are committed to providing fully trained dependable staff conversant in Health & Safety protocols and we are proud to announce that we have recently been awarded ISO9001.
