About Us
MSS (Marine Safety Solutions) is part of the Destini Group of companies and was formed to provide oil and gas operators with a credible technical and competence focused alternative in the marine safety market. Built on strong foundations of over 30 years’ marine heritage in the oil and gas industry and a reputation forged over this time for technical excellence and customer service.
MSS are an approved DNV GL and Lloyds Register EMEA service provider in full compliance with LOLER regulations and MSC.1/Circ.1206/Rev.1 & MSC.1/Circ.1277 for inspection, servicing and maintenance of lifting equipment, lifeboats, launching appliances and on-load release gear.
We offer a full package of industry-leading safety equipment services, from initial design through to lifetime support for our quality product range that encompasses lifting equipment, lifeboats, davits, winches, release hook systems, fast rescue craft, and deck cranes. Manufactured and built to the latest IMO/SOLAS requirements and LSA Code and in compliance with LSA regulations.

Our Installation, Inspection & Maintenance services include:
- Full structural design, installation and commissioning service

Warehouse & Preservation
MSS offers a storage and preservation service for our clients. Our safe and secure warehouse facilities provide internal storage which is monitored 24/7 by CCTV. Quality & Accreditations
MSS are approved by both DNVGL and Lloyds Register EMEA as a service provider for the servicing and maintenance of lifting equipment, lifeboats, launching appliances, on-load release gear and davit-launched liferaft automatic release hooks in full compliance with MSC.1/Circ.1277.

Our scope of supply is detailed as:
“Management & supply of Life Saving appliances including the servicing, inspection, repair and load testing of Lifeboats, Fast Rescue Boats, Daughter Craft, On/Off Load Release Hooks, Davits, Deck Cargo Cranes, Winch Systems and Launch and Recovery Systems and associated lifting & rigging arrangements”.
