Put simply, we help our clients to RECRUIT AND DEVELOP the best possible people to lead, manage and direct their organisations. Since launching in 2005 we have become a market-leading consultancy focusing on both public and private sector Healthcare recruitment. 

Over this time, operating out of our Manchester, London and Nottingham offices, we have developed a pool of high-calibre, highly experienced candidates - qualified to fill a wide range of permanent, interim and fixed-contract opportunities. 

We won’t bore you here with the underlying principles which underpin our success – other than to say that we work as hard as we can to understand our clients’ and candidates’ needs – and then fulfil them.
