SERVICES
Tyr Law’s commercial litigation team is led by partners Alistair Kennedy and Matthew Fidler, who specialise in dealing with high value and complex commercial disputes.
The team has a number of key clients and, due to us being largely conflict free, disputes are often referred to Alistair and Matthew by major law firms who trust that their clients will be given the highest quality advice, and attentive and committed representation.
We have experience of all types of commercial disputes, having dealt with claims in the High Court and Appeal Courts, arbitration and mediation including many cases with an international element and that have attracted significant press attention. In addition to general commercial dispute work, we have particular experience of public procurement disputes and advising in relation to public decisions being challenged by way of judicial review. Tyr Law’s commercial property team is led by partner Dean Jowett, who has substantial experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions but specialises in residential and commercial development work.
The team advises corporate occupiers, developers and investors across a number of sectors, including manufacturing, wholesale and retail, leisure and healthcare and can draw on support from specialist planning, tax, construction and property litigation lawyers, so offers a fully integrated and seamless range of property services to its commercial clients.
