About Us

We provide innovative solutions designed to enable energy users to meet their environmental targets, improve profitability and add value. We are able to provide a unique range of energy saving and grease management systems, energy surveys and audits, monitoring and measurement capabilities.

We are world leaders in smart technology for commercial kitchens, focused to drive energy and operating cost down, across hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and commercial catering operators.

Our company operates throughout Europe offering a full range of services in design, planning and product selection, including on-site assessment, installation co-ordination, service and maintenance programmes.

This energy demand is increased further with large quantities of conditioned air being lost to the atmosphere and replaced unnecessarily by inefficient ventilation systems.

Our demand controlled kitchen (DCV) extraction system is equally at home as either a retrofit or new build solution and works by controlling ventilation fan speeds such that extract rates are matched with cooking demands, hence optimising energy use.

The patented Cheetah system works on the principle of the ‘Affinity Laws for Centrifugal Loads’, the result of which is that a fan running at 40% of its normal operating speed, will only consume 6% of the energy required to run the fan at 100% of its operating capacity.

Variable speed drives are mandatory for the control of larger extract fans (Building Regulations Parts F & L). In commercial kitchens Cheetah controls these drives effectively and efficiently to create a variable air volume (VAV) system, safely minimise energy usage.

With Ecofix, there’s never been an easier way or a safer way to degrease and clean extraction systems in commercial kitchens.

Using advanced biological technology, Ecofix penetrates every element of a cooker extraction and ventilation unit, cleaning as it goes and putting an end to costly and time consuming manual scrubbing procedures. In addition Ecofix removes any residual odour which can be a nuisance for neighbours.

Ecofix works by introducing fine micro droplets of an environmentally friendly biological formula into commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation systems, ensuring that wherever air flows Ecofix will follow. Into ductwork, canopies, filters, fans, silencers and ventilated ceilings.

Biofix is a grease management system that uses a unique blend of tailored, safe bacteria designed to consume FOGs (fats, oil and grease deposits) and food particles in spores form, contained in pucks that liquify and create a foam once wet. Biofix digests the particles and converts it to CO2 and water, meaning there are no by-products or risks for blockages downstream.

The solution uses a unique formulation of bacteria and green surfactants: its controlled foaming action extensively coats all drain surfaces, even above the water line, ensuing daily re-inoculation throughout the drain.

The general FOG pucks deliver up to 5x more bacterial spores per day than common liquid products and the only service needed is water supply from the normal mains pressure.

The bacteria (class 1) used in Biofix is fully compatible with all local authority treatment systems.
The solution also has a low carbon footprint, supports Green Building and is ISO 14000 certified due to no toxic/caustic chemicals being used.
