Future Corporate Technologies Limited (FCT) provides Public Contracts Regulations (PCR)-aligned electricity and gas procurement frameworks through the FEC – Flexible Energy Consortium, alongside a full suite of strategic energy and technology services for public sector and commercial organisations.

Our services support local authorities, NHS bodies, education, housing associations, blue-light services, arm’s-length bodies, and multi-site organisations to procure, manage, and optimise energy in a way that is transparent, auditable, and demonstrably value-for-money.

ELIGIBILITY – FLEXIBLE ENERGY CONSORTIUM

Minimum annual consumption thresholds:

• Electricity: 175,000 kWh per meter
• Gas: 300,000 kWh per meter

Organisations consuming over 5 GWh per annum may operate within fully bespoke procurement frameworks. Qualifying smaller organisations can participate through structured framework “baskets”.
