We have provided a range of services encompassing business analysis, bespoke systems development, mobile applications, reporting and analytics solutions to many central government departments, but primarily to large metropolitan emergency services such as the London Fire Brigade.
With the need to provide consistent improvements in the levels of service provided to the public, it is becoming increasingly important to be able to define, measure and act upon key performance indicators. This is especially true for the emergency services, where measures such as the reduction in the numbers of deaths caused by accidental fire are critical in assessing the performance of the Fire services.
Working with London Fire Brigade, Moore Stephens has developed StARS an integrated personnel management system for fire and rescue services.
In addition, Moore Stephens has been working with the emergency services in London to provide robust and efficient methods for assimilating and interpreting the significant amount of available data, so that personnel at all levels can easily see how their efforts are making a difference to public safety in the capital. Many of the core solutions and services are therefore tailored to the needs of the industry and address the specific data challenges faced by the market. Throughout the evolution of MSC, we have worked with a full range of Insurance organisations, from underwriters and reinsurers, Lloyd's Syndicates to London market and retail brokers - delivering a wide variety of solutions, from small departmental systems to large-scale Enterprise wide programmes. As a result, all our core staff speak and understand the language of insurance and appreciate the specific challenges faced in analysing data and reporting on performance. Our cruise reservations experience, combined with the integration of flight, hotel, rail and car facilities, means that reservations can be made ranging from a simple cabin for a port to port trip through to a full tour itinerary with flights, hotels, cars, excursions, meals and other ancillary items.
Moore Stephens has also been working in conjunction with partners to provide reservations functionality within a significantly more all-encompassing smart ticketing platform, providing additional features such as inventory management and CRM.
