CS-AWARE features
- Analysis and visualization of your organization’s cybersecurity landscape though socio-technical analysis workshops, generating a cybersecurity knowledge repository managed through the CS-AWARE user interface
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of your local assets to detect intrusions and anomalies in real-time based on customized patterns specific to your organization’s needs
- Contextualization of intrusions and anomalies, providing the latest information about particular threats and mitigations from reliable sources of expertise on cybersecurity
- Precise localisation and visualization of incidents in your systems and networks, and visualization of potential impacts on the business processes of your organization
- If available, allow self-healing processes to be executed to automatically apply mitigations to detected incidents
- Share information about cybersecurity incidents to relevant national and EU-level authorities in order to comply with reporting requirements of cybersecurity regulation like NIS or GDPR, or to seek further assistance from expert organizations like CSIRTs
PROJECT OVERVIEW
CS-AWARE started as a research and innovation project funded by the European commission in the context of the Horizion 2020 program. The project run from September 2017 to August 2020, during which time the CS-AWARE system has been specified, implemented, matured and tested in the context of pilots deployed in the municipalities of Rome (Italy) and Larissa (Greece). The system continues to be used by the pilot municipalities on a day-to-day basis. The project has produced a number of public deliverables and scientific publications, which remain available to the public through our web page.

Cybersecurity awareness workshops
We offer cybersecurity workshops that enable your organisation to develop a profound understanding of the cybersecurity issues it faces, both in terms of security and of privacy. This includes the socio-technical relationships within the organisation, in terms of information flows between those critical assets. In the workshops we combine the organisation-specific knowledge of your people and decision makers, with the thought-leading socio-technical and cybersecurity expertise of our highly experienced analysts. We will enable you to develop a holistic picture of the cybersecurity situation and associated vulnerabilities, in your organisation, and help you to formulate actions to mitigate any potential downside effects.
