Here at Charteris, we are comprised of a group of experienced business and IS (information systems) practitioners - all of whom have proven track records in the management of substantial companies.
Members of our team typically have 15 to 30 years’ experience in the business application of IS, as well as experience in running businesses and large projects and programmes. They are fully up-to-date with current technologies and they know what can and cannot be achieved with information technology.
We can effectively bridge the gap which sometimes exists between IT and the business. We work at the business level to ensure that IT delivers maximum support for the key business functions of the organisation.
Our team approach their engagements in a business-centric way and focus on enabling IT to directly support the business goals of the organisation.
We are completely independent. We are not a reseller for hardware or software. Many of our clients have found this independence of real value, as it allows us to focus on the best solution, independent of the internal business goals and targets here at Charteris.
This independence has proved valuable for our clients when needing expert witness skills. Here at Charteris, we have a strong team of IT expert witnesses. Our many years of involvement in IT, combined with our experience of acting in the largest and most challenging IT cases, give us the deep knowledge of the language, procedures and the landscape that is essential to effective witness services.
