We started as a small break-out company from Cardiff University’s Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC) in 1983 and have grown into a global training and consultancy business with offices in the UK, USA, Ireland, Germany, and Australia. We support world-renowned organizations, companies like Roche; Babcock; M&S; Scottish Water; and Cook Medical. We work with our customers providing consultancy support for rapid improvement programs and building world-leading leadership and continuous improvement training that enables them to build their tomorrow whilst managing today more effectively.
Since 1993 our team have been supporting organisations around the world to build and leverage their capabilities, and develop the business systems required to achieve Enterprise Excellence. We do this through a combination of accredited training; coaching and consultancy. We believe in a future where employees thrive and leaders inspire. Where work is meaningful and has purpose.
