Our Process

When we work with you on your new Dynamics 365 solution we’ll help you to take the time to explore what you want at the start.  Then we’ll design something to help you do your jobs more efficiently.   We’ll enable you to manage this change effectively by proper testing and training.  Our team of Consultants and Developers will support you throughout this process.

All of the above is designed specifically to ensure that we’re working towards your bigger picture, rather than just integrating new technology into your business. Our 5-step process is designed to make sure that your new solution  will help meet your current business goals and further your ambitions too.

  • Discovery: It all starts with getting to know you. We’ll make sure that we spend time with the relevant team members to ensure we design a system and solution that’s going to work for everyone in your business.
  • Scope and Design:
  • At this point you can sit back knowing that  we’re designing, building and testing the system specifically for your business.
  • Go Live: We’ll bring any data you have into the system, offer you a User Acceptance Testing period and then using feedback from that, perform some final tests.  After that comes the exciting Go-Live Day!
  • Training: Don’t worry, we’re not just going to let you loose on a brand new Dynamics 365 system all by yourself. We build extensive training into every project and will be there to help you gain buy-in from your colleagues during the whole process too!
  • Support: We’ll be on hand should you need any further help too because we regard it as part of our role to partner you by building you a flexible and scalable platform for growth. Our support can be accessed either via an appropriate level of contracted monthly cases or an Ad Hoc support request via our Customer Portal

Microsoft’s Power Platform

This forms the basis of the platforms we customise and create for our customers’ businesses. Microsoft is ramping up investment  in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, currently set to be $250 million in 2020, and this is clearly revolutionising the world of Business Applications.

Last year saw the acquisition of LinkedIn, allowing ‘under the bonnet’ integration with Dynamics 365 for Sales and the long awaited Dynamics 365 Marketing suite was launched.  Power apps have begun to change the way users interact with Business Applications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales

Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Business Central is a business management solution for small and mid-sized organisations that automates and streamlines business processes.  It gives you access to key financial information and helps you manage your business from wherever you are via an app or its native integration with Outlook.

Microsoft Power BI

  • Power BI can read data from an extensive range of sources, for example: Office 365, Dynamics 365, Excel and SQL server.  This enables it to provide advanced Business Intelligence, data manipulation and analysis. Using data held in Dynamics 365, SharePoint and Excel you can analyse your business’ data to gather real-time insight. This helps you to develop and grow your organisation via dynamic graphs and views – produced using natural language commands.
