On Usage

The solution, its design, specification and success criteria continue to be guaranteed by Nviron.  Our aim is to deliver your completed project within or ahead of the pre-agreed timescales.  Costs whilst accurately sized, are subject to customer involvement and changes in the environment.  Engagement time is invoiced periodically with constant feedback from our onsite team and your account manager on how your solution is progressing.

Time & Materials

In a Time & Materials engagement, our customer is taking full responsibility for project specification, management and outcomes and using Nviron as a trusted effective and reliable fulfilment partner.  Our professional services and leading manufacturer supplied products and are invoiced on shipment and delivery respectively.



Additionally, Nviron’s Fixed price and On usage projects can take advantage of our additive Project Office service which provides APMP and ITIL guided project management and reporting services.

This differentiating resource being practically assigned to ensuring open and regular communication between all project participants including external resources and suppliers.
