The process we use to select candidates is rigorous. We meet every candidate for a 1:1 competency assessment and a comprehensive review of their career experience. We will never send you a CV of someone that we haven’t interviewed face to face.
We ensure to pass on detailed feedback following interviews and keep you updated with each candidate’s status. We will then assist through the offer stage ensuring you have support and an understanding of the candidate’s commitment to your role and company.

The Communications team has experience of working within the industry as well as for it; our knowledge of the communications world has been built from working in-house within HR roles, as well as consultancy-side.
