Employers’ Guide

Employing an apprentice today really is straight forward and couldn’t be easier, plus we will do all the boring bits for you. We offer a one stopshop service. Once we have discussed the opportunity you have for a young person, we have a full vetted recruitment function to help find a suitable apprentice. You can even put forward your own candidates and we will assess them for you. Once you have you apprentice, they will be enrolled on to the award winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme by us.

What we expect of you:

You must pay the apprentice at least the national minimum wage (we will advise you of the current rates).

Provide a minimum fixed term contract to cover the duration of the apprenticeship, determind by the programme you use.

Provide a safe working environment for the apprentice.

Provide a mentor to help your apprentice reach his or her potential.
