In 2003, I established Masson Appointments with the sole purpose of providing a very personal and honest service to my clients. The aim has remained the same, to understand your values and to introduce candidates who exceed your expectations. Uniquely, I am not motivated by targets, but building lasting relationships by ensuring you are delighted with the service I provide. With 20 years of recruitment experience, there are not many roles or industries that I have not successfully supported. Covering London and the South of England, we have experience of recruiting for small owner managed businesses, FTSE100 Listed and also Royalty.
My approach is highly consultative, personal and sensitive to both parties. The aim is simple; to create perfect professional matches.
Once I have been given a brief and have an understanding, of your requirements, you can then rely on me to source the best talent. Candidates are sourced and interviewed specifically for your vacancy. No generic interviews and one size fits all here! The interviews take into account, not just the experience and skills, but also the competencies and behaviours so that your new employee will fit and complement your organisation. All candidates, are personally interviewed by the Founder (myself), so when you are presented with a shortlist, we are confident, that every one, would be superb ambassadors for us both.
