With a unique strong background in organisational training and learning & development, Learning Resources International (LRI) is a Learning Solutions provider with over 6 years experience in designing and implementing strategic e-solutions for organisations worldwide.

Over these six years, LRI has used its background and experience in Learning and Development, and Self Development, to develop and implement bespoke learning solutions and platforms for a diverse range of international organisations. 

For the last two years this experience has been used to create and refine a suite of successful web based Core Learning Platform Solutions. LRI have recognised that organisations want flexible and sustainable solutions capable of being implemented and customised quickly and easily from a ‘generic' base, each with a high percentage of best practice functionality, and without any need for substantial refinement or tailoring.

As a consequence of this experience, and reflecting LRI's philosophy that the revolution in e-learning is about process not content, LRI have developed a suite of ‘progressive' platforms allowing organisations to evolve and implement these solutions for people's performance in a structured, staged, and evolving manner.

Blended Qualifications

These days many organisations want qualifications, awards and lengthier development process to be delivered in a variety of ways, ways that offer maximum flexibility to the new workplace requirements of the modern organisation.

In 2007 LRI launched the web based Blended e-Learning Qualifications and Unitised Model for ILM Centres. Designed specifically for use with ILM VR Qualifications and Unitised — having worked in association with the ILM since 2003 on various projects — these blended solutions will enable up to 150 hours of quality online learning, mapped against units, to be combined with all the other elements of your qualification processes, to offer an alternative, flexible method — highly attractive to your learners and your clients.

The Models are initially available for Levels 2-5 VR Leadership and Management Qualifications, International Management Qualifications and Endorsed Awards and processes. The Models can also be used for creating your own non-accredited development programmes and processes.
