The founder is a recognised real estate ‘fixer’, with over 35 years of specialist combined experience of working in diverse domestic and global markets and across different industry sectors. The specialist approach is specific to each client and is predicated on decades of experience of successfully delivering real estate projects, programmes and initiatives in diverse markets and industry sectors. The founder has successfully completed real estate projects and programmes in the UK; Europe; The Caribbean; The Peoples Republic of China and South Korea. That experience was harnessed by the founder to successfully procure and deliver an extensive library refurbishment programme for the London Borough of Hounslow and project manage the refurbishment of the critical care units for a central London NHS Trust. The founder is also a qualified building pathologist and recognised legal Expert Witness in matters of housing disrepair, having successfully completed over 900 fully CPR complaint disrepair reports for local authority clients.
