For 30 years CJ Associates has helped deliver some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects. We are an independent specialist project support consultancy with particular expertise in consents and authorisations, programme and commercial management, strategy, stakeholder engagement and consultation.
CJ Associates was formed in 1990 to fulfil a niche project support requirement: helping clients promote parliamentary bills for new railway schemes. Since then our business has grown to cover a wide range of specialist services across the road, rail, water and buildings industries and we have helped deliver some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects.
Our public and private sector clients engage us at the very start of a project – in reviewing feasibility, helping define objectives and providing skilled advice and services. We support clients from project initiation through the full life-cycle of the asset, including construction, operation and decommissioning.
