SERVICES

Cleaning Tendering

We are extremely experienced and knowledgeable within the cleaning sector – we will review specifications, apply service level agreements and, if required, ongoing monitoring of the contract. However, above all we will ensure that you get the very best value cleaning service for your establishment.

The result is an all-encompassing appreciation of building clear, compliant and structured tender processes with full client collaboration and agreement.

We assist with the publication of any OJEU tendering requirements, such as Framework Contracts and/or tendering via OJEU using MyTenders (.org) or linking to Contracts Finder (.gov.uk).

Through our electronic tendering platform, we manage all ongoing tenderer dialogue at every stage: receipt of Questionnaires; Tender Specification / Documentation; Contract Assessment Meetings; and Contract Award(s).

As well as producing all required paperwork, we also provide assistance with site tours, supplier meetings and any Q&A stage within the entire process.

We meet with clients to conduct full feasibility studies to understand current and future service expectations versus the current service delivery standard. This auditing approach includes a full review of existing contract documentation to appreciate immediate areas for operational or commercial improvement. Through calculating current productivity ratios and costs, we are able to agree new targeted improvements. We analyse and fine tune all data and then clearly present back all findings to clients. At this stage we are able to discuss future options such as helping the existing supplier instigate change or even implement a new tender process (in full agreement with the client).

Grounds Maintenance Tendering

We meet with clients to conduct full feasibility studies to understand current and future service expectations versus the current service delivery standard. This auditing approach includes a full review of existing contract documentation to appreciate immediate areas for operational or commercial improvement. Given the relatively ‘lower’ values of these contracts and/or deadline considerations, we usually propose implementing a specialist concise and short timescale tender process.

Security Tenders / Reviews

In this instance, we can review, assess and comment accordingly in terms of the tender process or received tender submissions, as well as offering guidance on contractual regulations and requirements.

Invariably, the key objectives within these procurement processes are cost constraints, operational performance and service management. We also coordinate and manage multi-school or academy tenders where more than one academy, secondary school and/or feeder primary school are linked together to help attract a larger overall supplier spend which results in economies of scale based savings for all involved.

Commercial

We are experienced in reviewing and benchmarking current performance / operational spend throughout the commercial sector.

As this sector is not governed by European (OJEU) legislation, there is greater scope and opportunity to question, interrogate and define service lines and service / cost expectations.
