Projects

During 2015, our first year of trading, we delivered five films to the Russell Group with a further two in 2016. Opening Doors Pts 1 & 2 were screened to MPs at the Palace of Westminster before being uploaded to the Russell Group's YouTube channel and website.

The Russell Group - Opening Doors 1.

  • The first of two films looking at why less-advantaged students are under-represented in higher education and how Russell Group universities are helping them. This film highlights some of the key barriers to those from disadvantaged backgrounds: poor educational achievement at school, lower aspirations and unhelpful advice.

The Russell Group - Opening Doors 2.

  • The second film shows a few of the ways in which Russell Group universities are helping to close the access gap and open more doors to students from poorer backgrounds.

The Russell Group - Engines for Growth.

  • This film describes some of the amazing blue sky research carried out in leading UK universities which was exploited commercially, generating billions of pounds for the UK economy.
