About Us
Expert Installations are a Safe Contractor approved installations company. Most of the work we carry out is on behalf of product suppliers, brands, display manufacturers and design agencies. We operate primarily in the retail store environment and cover the whole of the UK including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Eire. We also have considerable experience in carrying out work throughout Europe.
We provide our retail clients with one off display installations and point-of-sale merchandising services, as well as multi-site merchandising roll outs, covering anything between 10 and 10,000 retail outlets over the course of a couple of days to three months or more, we have the infrastructure, people and experience to handle projects such as these with ease. Our Expert Network We have a network of warehouses across the UK and Ireland which enable us to receive, store, collate and despatch our clients' materials via our own fleet of vehicles driven by our installations team. Having our warehouse network allows us to offer a complete fulfilment and installation service whereby display materials are delivered by the installation team, thus ensuring everything is available to them in full and on site at the time of arrival. This maximises the effective use of their time and minimises disruption to the retailer, allowing them to carry on with business as usual. |
Our Expert Installers Our installers are based across the UK and Ireland and have a wealth of experience and qualifications. As a business we invest heavily in the training of our people to ensure that we attract and retain the highest calibre of staff possible. All of our team have CSCS cards and Asbestos Awareness qualifications, all of our senior field and office team are qualified First Aiders and we have a number of IPAF, PASMA, SEIRS and UK PIA qualified installers. Our field teams spend a lot of time behind the wheel and cover many tens of thousands of miles each year, for this reason we also carry out bi-annual driving assessments for all of our employees. |

Display & POS We regularly support clients with the installation and merchandising of temporary and semi-permanent displays and merchandising units as well as providing storage and distributing these via our teams. We’ve supported numerous POS campaigns including the installation of temporary cinema standees to support film launches, supermarket POS campaigns to support seasonal or vendor activity and special event POS. |

Forecourt POS Installation Expert Installations are one of the few POS installation companies to have a significant number of staff certified to work on petrol forecourt and forecourt shop installations. All of our senior installers and management team have attended the UK PIA (UK Petroleum Industry Association) two day health and safety training course to enable them to to recognise hazards, utilise control measures and safe working practices and maintain a safe working environment whilst carrying out POS installation work on forecourts or forecourt shops. We have the experience and capability to cover an entire fuel network upwards of 1000 filling stations for multi-site rollouts within a few weeks. |
Graphics & Signage Our teams are trained and experienced with vinyl graphic application and have successfully carried out numerous installations of wall, floor and glass vinyls. We also have teams experienced with the installation of small and large scale light boxes and interior signage and also have our own qualified electricians to support final connection of illuminated signage. |
Counters & Shopfittings Expert installations install till points, kiosk counters and cigarette gantries as well as large scale display stands, shop counters, gondolas and retail furniture for a number of our clients. We have recently completed a prestigious project for a worldwide home entertainment brand across the UK. |
Maintenance We provide display maintenance and update services to many of our clients based on both reactive and preventative basis. We are able to react to display issues or breakdowns across the UK in a timely and efficient manner or we can schedule a program of preventative maintenance service calls to suit our customers’ requirements. We also provide annual merchandising display update support and maintenance services to a number of our key clients. |
Multi-site Rollouts Many of our projects involve multi-site rollouts, anything from 10 to 10,000 sites over the course of a couple of days to three months or more, we have the infrastructure, people and experience to handle projects such as these with ease. |
We fully utilise the latest in I.T. hardware and software to support all of our services and everything we do on a daily basis. We understand the importance of investment in this area to maximise our effectiveness and stay ahead of the game. Our field teams are supplied with market leading hand held devices on which they can download details of their allocated jobs for each day and upload photographs, data, sign off information and signatures for every job they do to our expert-i client portal. Our office team use the latest in journey planning software to plan our installers weekly schedules to maximise effective use of their time. We have live view screens on the office walls showing where our field teams are in real time and detailing progress against their scheduled jobs for each day. We embrace the use of, and integration into our clients I.T. systems and have direct links into many of their SAP CRM systems for work allocation. |
