Our long-term relationships with the top UK and European venues allow us to negotiate better rates for our clients, saving you money on your event and time in researching the right location.

We have good working relationships with the major hotel groups in the UK & Europe. We organise regular inspection trips, and are constantly reviewing and seeking out new venues for your events, meetings and conferences. 

Let us manage the organisation of your conference or event

We have years of experience of meticulous micro-management of conferences from brief to completion. Our services cover logistics for your delegates; on-site management of residential & day meetings and conferences with experienced managers; on-site liaison with the venues/hotels & production/AV companies, and the provision of any additional entertainment/activities you require. 

As we offer a bespoke service, our fee varies from event to event and is always discussed and agreed with our clients before work commences. There will be no “hidden extras” post event and we welcome your feed back so that we can continue to enhance our offering. .

We are official sales agents for Chelsea Football Club, Arsenal Football Club, Fulham Football Club, Tall Ships Regatta Greenwich, Royal Ascot, VIP Nation concerts & events, Wembley Arena Concert Club, the London Eye & Delfont Macintosh theatres. Recently we have been appointed as an Official Introducer for the Official Hospitality Programme at the Nitto ATP Tour Tennis Finals at the 02 Arena.  

We can cater for a wide range of interests as we have access to official packages and private boxes for all the major sporting, cultural & show business events throughout the UK & Europe.

We offer the flexibility of ‘Tickets Only’

Unlike many companies, we don’t restrict our clients to specific packages and we have access to tickets for ‘sold out’ events in the UK & Europe through our extensive network of long-standing contacts.  In addition we are a sales agent for Albemarle of London ticket agency.
