Welcome to James Byrne Printing
Established in 1981, James Byrne have developed a reputation as one of the leading print companies on the south coast.
We have continually been at the forefront of print technology with constant re-investment in the latest equipment.
Combine this with our highly experienced and knowledgable team, you can be sure of first class quality and service. It is because of this that we have long lasting relationships with our clients.
We hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate to you our prowess…….
With digital print, the potential is limitless. Here at James Byrne we’ve managed to bring digital printing to “as good as litho” levels of scale, consistency, quality and reliability – meaning vibrant colours, vivid clarity and a truly exceptional finished product.
Digital offset printing is the ultimate solution for short run, full-colour printing. The initial set up is minimal, so projects can be delivered in a fraction of the time taken with lithographic printing. Using our new iGen 150 the print quality is outstanding and we can now print on textured and embossed stocks.
Digital printing allows publications to be produced quickly as and when required. There’s no need for expensive storage; small runs can be produced inexpensively and dispatched to meet your deadline. The real beauty of digital print is twofold. Firstly, the endless creative possibilities to increase impact, recall and response by personalising with variable data, and secondly, the commercial opportunity to do so within previously unthinkable timescales. Personalised print on demand is a speciality at James Byrne. From your database we can personalise mailings, add addresses, and change images… the choice is yours.
So if you are working to a tight deadline, or wish to send a personalised message, digital printing could be the answer.
Lithographic printing is the perfect choice for large volume printing and projects which require ʻspecial’ colours, such as gold or silver.
The lithographic process is the most common choice for high-volume printing. The varieties of stocks and weights are endless and the quality of the finished product is exceptional. We use only top quality papers and inks to ensure perfect results.
This process is exceptionally economical for long runs. The initial set up cost is more expensive than digital printing, but once the job is on the press itʼs cheaper to increase the quantity required.
Benefits of lithographic printing:
- High speed printing
- Large volume printing
- Extensive choice of paper stocks & weights
- Fantastic colour reproduction
- ‘Special’ colours available
From fine art catalogues, to financial reports, to small brochures or business stationery, lithographic printing gives you a highly efficient way to create flawless printed materials. This is the best printing process to give you the most accuracy.
