Founded in 2003 by CEO John Morse, ERG was created due to his values and beliefs on the way recruitment should be conducted. Within a short period of time, John hired a group of like-minded, leading recruitment consultants who shared his vision. The signs were very clear that more and more clients were crying out for a strategic partner who acts differently to the normal contingency recruitment business. A gap was identified and ERG was created to concentrate on performance through service values.
We are experts that cater for the entire IT spectrum and vertical markets across all industry sectors.
