We have one of the most rigorous vetting and referencing procedures with regular updating to minimise risk. We run bespoke training programmes to train our care workers to the highest standard, and provide on-going development opportunities to enhance the skills needed for the changing needs of today's care sector. This enables us to deliver the personal, practical, emotional, social and complex support that provides reassurance to service users.

We work side by side as a team recognising our clients’ needs; our staffs have a Code of Ethics that they have to adhere. We carry out stringent reference and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.

We are a small company and an active member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation. We recognise the development needs in the changing workplace, with an ageing work population, a growth in the ethnic market, more positions being available for men, the change in the working environment along with government led legislation, for instance the Equalities Act, means that Diversity is an important part of our recruitment as well as the health and Care Act.

Our main objective to our Clients is to supply highly skilled and experienced personnel to fulfil a professional and personal service.

We offer a support service mainly to the private sectors; we however also support the local government and public sectors also. Our service is strictly dedicated to our client's needs for the supply of temporary, fixed term and permanent staffs to serve and support within the hospitality, care; construction and maintenance; and event planning services with no restriction nor limitation to level of remit in London and the South East areas. Megs Consultancy's administrative office is strictly dedicated to our client's needs which includes an office support service Monday to Friday 08.00 - 18.00 hours with an out of office hours service for both week days and weekends.
