Hello, I am Nick Baxter founder and CEO of BAXTER WILLIAMS. My background before recruitment was professional rugby. After graduating in Business Studies & Marketing I played my rugby for Worcester Warriors where I represented England Students, England 7s and the Barbarians.

Having successfully transitioned from professional rugby I quickly progressed through the ranks in both International and boutique recruitment consultancies creating a strong client and candidate network.

Being able to utilise my commercial know-how and my extensive network in sport and business I established BAXTER WILLIAMS a recruitment consultancy with passion, credibility and the capability to support companies from SMEs to PLCs. Delivering bespoke solutions to individual requirements is paramount for us.

As a natural team player, I pride myself on truly partnering with my clients to understand their organisations, culture and key challenges. We make sure our candidate is a true match to our clients’ needs.

I am a big believer in: “it’s not what you do – it’s the way you do it” that matters. It is really important for us to deliver, for the people we work with and keep our promises.

Today our client base consists of a wide variety of company managers and leaders who are responsible for recruiting talent and are always keen to connect with talented people.
