About Us
Synergy FM, a Yorkshire run commercial cleaning and support services provider who are taking a fresh approach to service provision. We aim to put the client and their needs at the centre of what we do and tailor our services around those needs to ensure the delivery of a bespoke service that offers excellent value for money.
We understand the importance of building excellent client relationships and pride ourselves on doing so. We aim to support clients on a long-term basis by understanding their needs, delivering high-level, bespoke services and being flexible throughout ever-changing times.
We are currently on a sustainability journey, working closely with clients to become greener and eco-friendly. This includes using eco-friendly products, dramatically reducing the single-use products we provide and offering several eco-friendly options on consumable items.
We operate bespoke services to suit our client needs and do not insist on long term, restrictive contracts. We offer short term 30 day rolling contracts, but longer-term contracts are also available where required. One-off work can be delivered with no contractual commitments and short notice work can be completed at no extra cost.
Our number 1 priority is to build excellent client relationships and we do so by ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and on time, every time. We provide a clear pricing structure, helping clients budget effectively and choose exactly what they want and when they want it. By working in this way, we achieve repeat custom and high client retention rates.
Our dedicated team are always contactable and can attend to jobs at short notice. We are happy to accommodate flexible cleaning schedules to meet any changes to client requirements. We react to changes in the market and across industry to ensure we are always at the forefront of innovation whilst remaining cost effective.
We continuously monitor our service delivery, ensuring it remains relevant to our client needs. Ongoing training is in place to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry changes. We offer a wide range of contract options that give our clients the flexibility they need. A vigorous measuring and reporting process is in place to build confidence in any work completed.
