SOS has worked for over 30 years in the office products industry. Office Refit 

Our aim when planning a refit is to get it right. For us to achieve this, the customer’s vision has to be the target we achieve. This can only be done by careful planning and understanding as to what can be done within the budget allowed for. We have always believed that customers can deal with the facts… At the end of a consultation period, yes and no, are easier to deal with than maybe. This was described to us years ago in ISO 9001 discussions as, Say what you do, Do what you say and prove that you did it. So from day one we have to listen to our clients, ask the right questions, understand your business objectives and culture. This is worth reviewing because the consultation period becomes the key element , which of course needs to be in relation to the size of the project.
