With over 20 years of direct Development and Regeneration experience we advise our clients across all aspects of the Development and Regeneration process to help realise the full potential of their schemes. Property Valuation Reports
Our RICS Registered Valuers provide valuations across most commercial and residential sectors, in accordance with the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards.
Development Viability Appraisals
We act on behalf of numerous developers and landowners to advise on development viability including supporting our clients in the negotiation of S106 agreements.
Estate and Asset Management
We work with a range of public and private sector clients to help improve the operation, management and value of their property assets. Services include lease advisory, service charge management, asset management, re-letting, disposal and redevelopment advice.
Compulsory Purchase Orders
We have in-depth knowledge of Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) legislation and procedures and work closely with local government, housing associations and developers to advise on the process. We also act on behalf of property owners and occupiers that are subject to CPO to negotiate the best possible outcome.
