About Us

dsi billing services was formed in 1999 to provide critical printing and mailing solutions to the public sector, we are part of Paragon Customer Communications, a business with a global turnover in excess of €900 million. Over the past 21 years we have consistently delivered for our customers, and formed many long term strategic partnerships with some of the largest local authorities in the UK. Our reputation for delivering projects on time, to budget, whilst maintaining quality and integrity is something we are very proud of.

In recent years we have focused our product development strategy to align with the government digital transformation agenda, which has become one of the major drivers for change within the public sector. Our Govmail Hybrid Mail and Gov-U Online Customer Portal solutions are a direct consequence of customer demand to improve the customer journey, embrace agile working for employees and deliver both cashable and long term savings. By taking an authority-wide view of outbound and inbound mail requirements, we are able to deliver huge efficiencies for our customers.

 

Govmail is our hybrid mail solution that enables organisations to reroute their documents to our secure production centres for bulk printing and mailing - achieving up to 60% reduction in costs. Additional modules facilitate channel shift uptake, batch data transfer & document composition, printing and mailing. Our Govmail solution can be accessed via roll out of our print driver software or our web based application.

Gov-u is our secure managed user web portal enabling your users to securely access digital copies of their documents, along with corresponding metadata. Gov-u can be fully styled to match your brand, while two-way linking to your existing website provides a seamless user experience.
