Thames Loose Leaf Ltd was formed 60 years ago by our Chairman & Founder, David Watkins; the Company remains a family owned business.

Thames Loose Leaf trade from two freehold factories in Essex which cover over 20,000 square feet of factory space.  As the business has grown and developed we have continued to invest in new equipment and now provide the largest encapsulation service in Europe, as well as being one of the leading bespoke vinyl stationery manufacturers in the UK.

Thames Loose Leaf considers the service level offered to our clients of upmost importance and to this end:

Thames Loose Leaf takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously and is committed to the efficient and effective use of resources in order to minimise its impact on the environment. We continually strive to reduce our carbon footprint and have previously worked with the Carbon Trust when looking to gain the ISO14001 accreditation.

Thames Loose Leaf has developed and implemented an integrated Environmental and Quality Management System (EQMS), which utilises our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification as a framework, this allows our organisation to document and improve our quality and environmental practices in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations of our client, stakeholders and interested parties.  Our organisation considers the extent of control or influence that we can exert over our activities and services considering a life cycle perspective..

We have established links with the Essex Wildlife Trust and support its local work by means of corporate sponsorship and encouraging staff to actively take part in Essex Wildlife events.

We regard our environmental responsibility of great importance and will continue to strive to maintain and improve on our current standards for today and future generations.
