EXPERIENCE

At the agency’s helm is Lauren Broughton, a public relations professional with over ten years’ experience. Prior to launching Diligent Communications, Lauren held positions at several leading travel PR agencies, working for globally recognised destinations, hotel brands and tour operators.

Previous clients include the Vienna Tourism Board, the Arizona Office of Tourism,  Portuguese Tourist Board, Accor Hotels UK, Heritage Hotels Kenya, Rotana Hotels & Resorts, On The Go Tours, Flight Centre Travel Group and TrekAmerica. Her client roster also includes representing associations, restaurants and consumer brands.    

During her career, Lauren has overseen product and hotel launches, managed press conferences, and hosted large media stunts and events. Her in-depth knowledge of the UK and Irish travel industry has also resulted in her appearing on international tourism panels discussing the state of the industry.
